About me
Ellison Rose is an MFA candidate in creative nonfiction at Oregon State University, where they are currently writing about ethnicity, inheritance, intergenerational trauma, and the words we use to describe ourselves. Their work as both a nonfiction writer and poet will always be heavily influenced by the rhythms and experiences of their childhood in the rural South. When not writing, you'll likely find them sprawled out on their office floor doing crafts or scrambling around a forest taking film photos of mossy trees.
